The only thought I carried out after trying out few terrain generators: **It's better to spend some time with unity's default terrain tool, than learning how to use other terragens**

You know what, after 5 hours of struggle I've finally figured it out. Have no idea what was wrong, but just re-installed JDK and A SDK and everything is fine now.
